RF Inner Cleanse Foot Detox Sessions – What to expect
The RF Inner Cleanse Foot Detox sessions are done while sitting in a chair for 30 minutes. Feet will be placed on the Foot Detox and the settings will be adjusted according to your individual needs. Everyone will be started at the lowest setting as the body adjusts to the RF Inner Cleanse.
You may experience knee and calf soreness, please tell your technician if you are experiencing any discomfort and they can assist you. You may also experience drowsiness or irritability which are due to poor nutritional support or lack of hydration.
It's a good idea to come to your session well hydrated with extra water for during and after your session. The session is best done half an hour after a meal or on an empty stomach and bathing is not recommended within one hour after use. Please wear comfortable clothing with no metal. All metal must be removed from the body prior to the session.
